One thing we must understand in human relation is that we can't control people's actions toward us, but we can, hundered percent, control our reactions to their actions. This is very key to our peace of mind and emotional well being. Scriptures advise us that, if it is possible, as much as lieth in us, we should live in peace with all men (Romans 12:18). And you see, because we are believers, all things are possible to us, including living in peace with all men. Remember, in Hebrews 12:14(NLT) we are admonished to work at living in peace with all. Peace with all men is a goal we must pursue.

Being alone, or doing things alone is stressful most times. Although, results are guaranteed even though you are working alone, but that result will be limited compared to working in a team. Working alone limits the mental and physical resources at your disposal, it is more psychologically tasking. Ever wonder why Jesus Christ, despite Him being Omnipotent, still went ahead to get a team of people to carry out His assignment on earth? It is because He understood that He will achieve more result than if He were to operate alone.

One thing is certain, as a man thinks in his heart so he is. That is, the opinion you have formed about yourself, your perception about yourself, the value you place on yourself, the way you treat yourself, that is who you are. Another certainty is this, nobody will see you more than how you see yourself. Nobody will treat you better than you treat yourself. People will generally toe the line of your perception about you. They will form their opinion base on the value you are exuding. Yes, it is true that sometimes people hold a wrong opinion different from the one you are exhibiting, such opinion are also characterized with how you've presented yourself, actively or passively, to them.

Pay careful attention to your own work, for then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done, and you won’t need to compare yourself to anyone else. Galatians 6:4 NLT

Your life will gain focus and momentum if your motive of doing what you are into - career, business, etc - is to add value to people, while growing in the process. Focus is key to momentum in whatsoever you are involved in. God's will for us is that we should always have momentum, moving forward toward the direction of the vision He has birthed in our hearts. He confirms this in 2 Corinthians 3:18: "so all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image." So, as we see (focus), the Lord makes us more and more (momentum) like Him as we are changed into His image (vision). This is key.
