Stomach Acid Can Dissolve Metal
Yes, your stomach acid is in fact that acidic. The only reason the acid in your stomach doesn’t eat right through your body is because your stomach cells are renewed faster than they are destroyed.
Evil Associated With Darkness

Topic: Evil Associated With Darkness [30/06/2017]
And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. John 1:5. Read: 3:19-21
Everything God Almighty created is good and very good. While one is beneficial, the other can be unfavorable. For instance, the day (light) is to the advantage of the sons of men to engage in physical activities while it's may not be helpful to evil doers because they cannot do their evil works. But while men use the night as a time to rest from their daily routine, the evil doers see it as a time to execute their evil works. Darkness is associated with all kinds of evil works, hence, Jesus said, "But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way". Matt 13:25.
Joel and Victoria Osteen’s daily devotional June 30, 2017 – Say So
Today’s Scripture: Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom He has delivered from the hand of the adversary." - (Psalm 107:2, AMPC)
Topic: Say So [Friday June 30, 2017]
Notice that today’s scripture doesn’t say, “Let the redeemed of the Lord think so.” Or, “Let the redeemed believe so.” Of course, it’s important to think right and believe right, but something supernatural happens when we open our mouths and declare a thing. You don’t even have to say it to anyone else. You can just say it to yourself—driving to work or in the shower— say, “The economy may be low, but I am blessed. I am prosperous. I will lend and not borrow.” “I may have had some setbacks, but I know those setbacks are a setup for a comeback! This is still going to be my best year so far. The favor of God is turning things around.” You are prophesying your future.

2 Corinthians 2:14 says, “Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.” The words, “always” and “every place” connote that daily victory is possible. You may not be enjoying that level of victory right now, but you have the potential and what makes it a realty is faith.

Andrew Wommack’s daily devotional June 30, 2017 - The Cost Of Living For Christ
Topic: The Cost Of Living for Christ [Friday June 30, 2017]
Luke 9:58 "And Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head."
Matthew 8:18-22; Luke 9:51-62
This verse has often been used to support the misconception that Jesus and His disciples lived in poverty. However, in this instance, the fact that Jesus had nowhere to lay His head was because of persecution. The Samaritans, because of a religious prejudice, had just refused Him hospitality and a place to stay as He journeyed to Jerusalem. Persecution is part of the cost of living a Christian life. Jesus was communicating to this man that not having a place to stay at times was part of that cost.

Death. It’s not a popular topic—even among believers. In fact, a great many are just plain scared of it. Oh yes, they talk about having eternal life. Yet when the devil tries to threaten their earthly survival with sickness or calamity, they panic.
Winning Wisdom: Perfect Love
Topic: Perfect Love [Friday, 30th June 2017]
But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. 1 John 2:5
When we realize how wonderful God’s love is, and how that to truly live well in this world we would need to love God like He loves us, we would start praying that “the love of the Lord be she’d abroad in our hearts”, and that we be made perfect in God’s love (Romans 5:5, 1 John 4:18). But the question is 'how do we know we’ve been perfected in God’s love?'

Thought For The Day: The Anointing is key to stardom and royalty.
It is very clear from our anchor scripture that we have been destined by God to be kings and men and women of influence upon the earth. God’s purpose for your life is for you to occupy the high places of the earth. You are destined for the throne. This can be seen in the lives of Joseph, David, Daniel, Esther, Mordecai, etc.

“Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies:..” Psalm 119:98
Psalm 119:96 says, “I have seen an end of all perfection:” In other words, whatever the wisdom of man can create there is an end. “But thy commandment is exceeding broad” Whatever man can create, manufacture or invent has a limit. That is why Paul said your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men but in the power of God. He said we speak wisdom to them that are perfect but not the wisdom of this world or the princes of this world that comes to naught. He said my speech is not in the enticing words of man’s wisdom but in the demonstration of the power of God, so that your faith will not stand on man’s wisdom because there is a limit to man’s wisdom.

Topic: Prayer Is a Conversation [Friday June 30, 2017]
And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive. — Matthew 21:22
Prayer is a two-way conversation; it is our talking to God, and His talking to us. As a Christian, you have a heavenly Father who hears and answers prayer. Jesus said, “All things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.” Every man or woman whose life has counted for the church and the Kingdom of God has been a person of prayer. You cannot afford to be too busy to pray.

Prayer 101: How Do I Talk to God?
By BGEA
Whether you’re searching for God or a longtime believer, there’s a good chance you have questions about prayer. How exactly are you supposed to pray? And why should you do it? Here are some guidelines from Billy Graham.
How do I talk to God?
Billy Graham: Prayer is simply talking to God—and the most important thing I can say about this is that God wants you to talk to Him! He loves us and He has promised to hear us when we pray. How can you learn to pray? First, understand why prayer is possible.
Joel and Victoria Osteen’s daily devotional June 29, 2017 – Same Spirit, Same Power

Topic: Same Spirit, Same Power [Thursday June 29, 2017]
When you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, the Bible tells us that the Holy Spirit makes His home inside of you. That’s God Himself, the same Spirit with the same power that raised Jesus from the dead! His resurrection power can bring back health, strength and life to your physical body. He can restore hope and breathe life into your dreams. In fact, He can resurrect any area that may seem dormant on the inside of you!

But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the ends (the very bounds) of the earth. — Acts 1:8
It is possible to fill a glass with water without filling it to full capacity. Likewise, when you are born again you have the Holy Spirit in you, but you may not yet be totally filled with the Spirit. Many Christians are very busy doing things for God but don't have enough power in their lives to be what God wants us to be.

Winning Wisdom: The Source of Our Peace

Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 5:1)
Scripture tells us about the peace of God we are to experience in Christ (Philippians 4:7; John 16:33; 2 Thessalonians 3:16). But if we are honest with ourselves, we know the Christian walk is anything but peaceful. From external persecutions, to internal conflict, to confusion on what God will have you do, to uncertainty of what tomorrow brings, to balance of doctrinal principles, to loving in the midst of adversity, etc. How can we talk of peace in these circumstances. Sometimes it would even seem that not being a Christian is more peaceful than being one. But true peace is experienced and known not in a serene state, but in chaos. Of a truth, how would you know you’re at peace except in a chaotic situation.

Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Matthew 18:18. Read: Matt 18:18-20
One of the powers God gave to us his children is the power to either accept or resist. Because God loves us, He can never force anything on us(though He has the power to do that), that would go against the rules of love. In Deut 30:19 30:19, God said He has placed before us life and death, we should choose one, but He advised us to choose life. And the power of choice was displayed when Joshua told the people to choose whom they will serve as their God and that as for him and his family, they've decided to serve the living God. Jos 24:15.

Topic: It is Finished [Wednesday June 28, 2017]
The last thing Jesus said on the cross was, “It is finished.” At that moment, it certainly looked like the end. It looked like it was over. But I believe that wasn’t just a statement of fact, it was a statement of faith. He was saying to Father God, “I’ve done My part. I’ve fulfilled My destiny. Now, I’ve got total trust and confidence in You that You are going to finish what You started through Me.” Even though it looked like the end, in reality, it was only the beginning.

It's very important to know that, even as we step out to take steps to accomplish the goals and ideas the Lord has laid in our hearts, we must start from the bottom to build that which God wants us to build. Nothing comes easy, and for our venture to be enduring and productive over time, we must not rush or skip the process of laying a solid foundation for what we want to build. This is a very vital part that we must not take with levity.

And when he was in affliction, he besought the Lord his God, and humbled himself . . . — 2 Chronicles 33:12
Why do Christians suffer? Rest assured that there is a reason for Christian people being afflicted. One reason why God’s people suffer, according to the Bible, is that it is a disciplinary, chastening, and molding process. From the Scriptures we learn that the chastening of affliction is a step in the process of our full and complete development. Affliction can also be a means of refining and of purification. Many a life has come forth from the furnace of affliction more beautiful and more useful than before.

“Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.” Hebrew 10:38.
We are in an age where people are using their senses. We are in an age where the mind power is very strong. And it is sad that people are using the same mindset to serve God. When you serve God with your senses, you are positioning yourself for serious trouble because you cannot serve God with your senses. The bible says without faith it is impossible to please God. You cannot go too far in your Christian walk outside faith. Children of God shouldn’t serve God with their senses because the natural man does not understand the things of the spirit because they are foolishness to him. He cannot know them because they are spiritually discerned.

Moses could have said, “I have experience.
