Boxing legend Mohammad Ali Hospitalised with Pneumonia

Mohammad Ali Has Been Suffering from Parkinson’s Disease Since 1984
Former three-time heavyweight boxing champion Muhammad Ali has been hospitalised due to a mild case of pneumonia, according to his spokesman.

Bob Gunnell, Ali’s spokesman, said the boxing legend is in a stable condition.

“The prognosis is good,” Mr. Gunnell added, and expressed optimism that the 72-year-old’s stay in the hospital will be for a short time.

He gave no further details and demanded that the privacy of the family be respected.

Ali has been suffering from Parkinson’s disease since its diagnosis in 1984, three years after his retirement from boxing.
