Kemi Oyedepo: You Are Royalty

It was Mothers Day here in the UK on the 15th of this Month and we organised an Afternoon Tea (it’s a British thing lol) with the King of Kings to celebrate all the ladies in the church. Below is a summary of what I was privileged to share with them. I hope, every lady (married or single) embraces this and carries herself as a daughter of the King!

You come from royalty. Yes! You do! The bible calls you a crown of beauty in God’s hand; and a royal diadem in His hands (Isaiah 62:3). He has created you as a treasure, as the apple of His eye (Zechariah 2:8). In Isaiah 5, God compared His people to a vineyard planted on a fruitful hill, thriving, well taken care of, embellished, protected and decorated with beauty. Everything that could be invested to make it bear good fruit was done for it (verse 4 says “what could have been done more to my vineyard, that I have not done in it…?) That is what God has said about you.

He is ready to beautify you,
He is ready to invest into you,
He is ready to answer your prayers so you can enjoy fulfilment,
He is ready to please you with everything that makes your royal status reflect in all that concerns you.
In fact, He has done so already.

What you need to do is walk in that truth. Remember, He calls you a royal priesthood (1 Peter 2:9). Royals always command attention wherever they go and they carry themselves with self-worth, with dignity, with poise. Carry yourself today and always as the royalty your Father has made called you. When you are conscious of your royal status, it shows in you as a single lady. It shows in you as a wife. It shows in everything! Most importantly, you are able to pass that same royal mind-set to your offspring children when the time comes, thereby securing the next generation.

Remember that vineyard? It was not living up to its potentials, it was not living up to God’s expectations of it despite the fact that everything required was already available. Don’t let anyone or anything cause you to miss out on your royal status! Instead, live up to it, enjoy this honourable positon God has placed you in.

Use the images and scriptures in this special gift as a reminder of who you are! Let them minister to you on a personal level. Whatever your desires may be, I know that Your Father who has sent for you, will release them into your hands with speed. From today, think royally! Speak royally! Act royally!

Remember, you are a crown of beauty! You are a royal diadem! You are a daughter of the King of Kings!

You  are royalty!
