Don’t give up if you don’t want to go down.

Don’t relax if you don’t want to be released.

Don’t take it easy if you don’t want to be eased out.

Don’t slow down if you don’t want to end low.

Press on if you don’t  want to be pressed in.

Stand up if you don’t want to be pushed down.

Don’t rest too early if you don’t want to be laid to rest too early.
