A Promise For You From Bible Promises:
Topic: What Is Your Request? [02/08/2017]
And the king said again unto Esther on the second day at the banquet of wine, What is thy petition, queen Esther? and it shall be granted thee: and what is thy request? and it shall be performed, even to the half of the kingdom. Esther 7:2. Read: Est 7:1-10
When God wanted to introduce Himself to Abraham in Genesis 17:1, And said unto him, I am the Almighty God. Melchizedek king of Salem called Him the possessor of heaven and earth. Gen 14:17. David said in Psalm 24:1, "The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein". And apostle Paul said in Ephesians 3:20 "Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us". What can you ever ask this Almighty God, the possessor of the heaven and the earth, and the owner of all things that dwells in it? Ephesians says, whatever you ask, He can do more. When Solomon asked for only wisdom from God Almighty, He added more than enough for him. 2 Chro 1:6-12. Therefore, you must not be afraid to ask this great and all-sufficient God anything because He is more than enough for you.
King Herod told Herodias daughter (when she danced and pleased him), And he sware unto her, Whatsoever thou shalt ask of me, I will give it thee, unto the half of my kingdom. Her mother misled her. Mark 6:23-24. When Queen Esther was asked by her husband the king, what is thy petition Esther? Even to the half of the kingdom, it shall be granted to you. She simply asked the king to destroy the enemy of her people and her request was granted. This is your time and God Almighty is asking you, What is thy petition, my son/daughter? and it shall be granted thee: and what is thy request? and it shall be performed, even to the half of the kingdom. What is your answer?
