PDP Governorship candidate in Jigawa Dumps Party joins APC

The governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Jigawa state, Alhaji Aminu Kani, has defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Alhaji Aminu Kani made the declaration during an APC rally at Matsaro Ward in Hadejia.

According to Kani, the APC has better programmes and are better equipped to improve the socio-economic well-being of citizens in the country.

The Jigawa state APC Chairman, Alhaji Ado Kiri, received Kani and said that the party is always ready to welcome new members into its fold.
