A foremost thinking pattern of a leader is thinking future.
He thinks beyond now
He talks the future.
He sees the future.
You can tell whether you are a leader or not by the way you think.
A true leader doesn’t think sentimental nor emotional but practically realistically, objectively and above all futuristically.
If you are not thinking this way, then your leadership is questionable.
