Nollywood star, Desmond Olusola Elliot has won his bid to represent the people of Surulere constituency at the Lagos State House of Assembly, defeating the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Bayo Smith.
This is according to tweets by the All Progressives Congress, APC, candidate.
