Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ. Ephesians 4:13
The intention of God is that we grow to the measure of the stature of the of the fullness of Christ. The Lord's intention is that we grow in Him, so that we won't be tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine. One of Satan's deceptive weapons these last days is false doctrine. And the Lord does not want us to fall victim of Satan's deception.
This is why He intends for us to grow into the full measure of the stature of Christ. Stature here does not mean social standing or physical maturity. But it is the maturity of the human mind build by the ministration of the Spirit through His teachers, pastors, evangelists, apostles and prophets in the way Christ was - operated when He was on earth. When a man is enjoying the full compliments of these ministries, he will grow into God's intention, to the full measure of the status of Christ.
This is why denominational boundaries have to be broken by the church, so that there can be a synegy of all the media God has released for the growth of the church, through those He has ordained for such task. Remember, the ministries - five fold - was given "till we ALL come." All here signifies the whole body of Christ. If we want the church to grow spiritually, this is what we must do - break denominational boundaries to enjoy the full compliment of the gifts to the church. So that Satan will not toss us to and fro like babies. If this is done, the church will be spiritually mature and ready to bat away every of Satan's false doctrines.
Keep winning daily.
Prayer:
Dear Lord, help Your church to break denominational barrier, so that we can all enjoy the full compliment of all the ministries You gave to the body of Christ, and grow spiritually mature, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
