Pastor Faith Oyedepo: Saturday January 30, 2016 daily devotional - Striving to finish strong

Topic: Striving to Finish Strong [Saturday 30 January, 2016]

“Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.”-1 Corinthians 9:24

When running a 400 meter race, it is expected that you save up energy for the last leg of the race. If you have been leading from the start of it, your efforts will amount to nothing if you do not finish tops. This is why everyone in this kind of race press with an unusual reserved energy to attain the prize for the efforts at the end of the race.

The race for the Winners’ family began three weeks ago and it is fast coming to a close. The truth is: People have started collecting their prizes and there is still more in store. You must strive to attain your own package. Bear in mind that every divine agenda speaks loudest at the end. So, the remaining days are defining moments for you.

God is still in the business of reserving the best for the last. This is why you must put the strongest fight this remaining three days. So many people have shared their last day’s encounters and we have often heard that the last day is everyone’s day. Therefore, for these remaining days you must push the hardest with every strength and vigour in you.

However, you will need to possess some virtues to enable you finish strong. These include: Dedication to your desire, discipline to maintain a high prayer tempo, focus on your goal, and intensive gratitude to God for your desired answers.

Your testimonies shall be certain this time in name of Jesus Christ! I trust God to deliver His prophetic agenda of from Glory to Glory in your live. So, do all it takes, fight all you can and press to obtain your prize. You shall receive your desires in the name of Jesus Christ!

Remain Blessed!
