Leadership emerges via constantly thinking about the well being of others.

Thinking of others is thinking as a leader.

Size of your heart and scope of your thought for others is what defines spread of your oversight.

Only those who think people can be trusted by God to lead people.

Think people to lead people, think well of people to lead well the people.

Real leaders don’t really think of leading or plan to lead; they just think of people’s wellbeing and in the process find themselves ahead taking the lead.
