Topic: Be Thankful For His Mercies [29/2/2016]
Text: Lamentation 3:22-23

"Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David." - Isaiah 55:3

There are somethings that are constant with God. One of them is His mercies. God's mercies spring out from His love. His mercies brought forgiveness of sins to us. His mercies brought His compassion to us.

In his mercies, we received all things that His grace have provided, His healing, His strength, His supplies and all that we need. His mercies are new every morning which confirms His faithfulness towards us and His covenant of life with us. So scriptures says in Lamentations  3:22 thats "it is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed..."

It is of His mercies our challenges have not overwhelmed us. It is of His mercies Satan is not having a field day over our lies. His mercies are sure and constant and everyday we that are His are recipients of His sure mercies. That is why we ought to give Him thanks for His mercies daily. We need to say 'thank You Lord for Your mercies that are new every morning and constant throughout the day.'

Be thankful of God's daily mercies and keep winning daily.

Prayer:

Dear Lord, I thank You for Your sure and daily mercies that are new every morning. It is by Your mercies I am not consumed, and have a good life. I am grateful Lord for it always, in Jesus name. Amen.
