Topic: Magnify Your Faith[02/02/2017]
And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it. Numbers 13:30. Read: 1 Sam 17:32-37
Don't ever forget that, whatever you magnify will end up becoming your stronghold in life, it can either make or mar your destiny. Why the ten spies magnified their fears, Joshua and Caleb deliberately decided to magnify their faith. Mind you, magnifying your faith does not mean the absence of fear, but despising fear and clinging to faith all the way. Joshua and Caleb saw what the ten spies saw, but they made a choice to magnify their faith in God. Magnifying your faith or fear is a choice you must make yourself. When the divine nature of God's possibility is imputed in you, you just believe God for everything. Challenges of life don't terrify you, in the midst of famine, you are bubbling and increasing on every side.
While the hearts of the Israeli trained army failed them by the threat Goliath of Gath, the champion of Philistines posed before them day and night, David, an untrained army (but trained by God in the bush) came in with a magnified faith in God and spoke to calm the people's nerves that have gone high. While his brothers tried to shut him up and out, he kept magnifying his faith and finally, he delivered not only himself but his nation from slavery. What you magnify either saves or destroys you. But the just shall live by his faith. Hab 2:4
