Supreme Court hire new coaches, TM

...recruit 27 players, set to unveil new kits

Nigerian National League, NNL campaigners, Supreme Court Football Club of Abuja have engaged three new coaches ahead of 2015/16 league expected to kick off this weekend.

The coaches include Hakeem Taiwo employed as Chief coach, Abdulrazak Jibril will his assistant while Patrick Okereke who was with FC Abuja is now the Goal keeper trainer for the Apex Boys. Taiwo from Ekiti has bagged deep experience while working with several clubs in the past.

The club still tortured by former player Joachim Osuji as Technical Adviser equally snapped up Cletus Nwaobi as the new Team Manager after parting ways with Henry Haggai at the end of last season.

Nwaobi worked with FC Abuja between 2008 and 2013. He also worked briefly with TEAP FC in 2013/2014 league season before joining Supreme Court FC crew.

General Manager, Tolulope Oguntimehin who though admitted that his team is in difficult group is optimistic that the only Abuja-based side will fight for top finish even as the current campaign kicks off.

“We are set for the league with our players ready to play for the season. The whole players have been dully registered by NNL. We hope to enjoy successful outing while expecting league and match officials to ensure fair play,” Oguntimehin added.

He also told the players and team officials to work assiduously in maintaining good form irrespective of challenges which could be encountered.

New team Manger, Nwaobi assured that necessary machineries have been put in place in a bid to put smiles on the faces of football-loving Abuja fans.

No fewer than 27 players already registered for the season will be present on Friday when they will be officially unveiled alongside their new kits.
