Topic: Everyone Is Important [24/7/2016]
Text: Matthew 11:25
In the Kingdom of God, no one is unimportant. Everyone is very important in God's agenda to redeemed the world. God, from time past, have been adept to using even the downtrodden to perform His acts. He is no respecter of persons. In the time of Jehoshaphat, in 2 Chronicles 20, God bypassed all the big or senior priest to bring His Word of deliverance through Jahaziel a mere member of the Levites.
Also, during the time of Kind Ahab, in 2 kings 7, the Lord after speaking through His prophet, Elisha, about an economic boom, did not use the chief economist of the king, but used three beggarly lepers to wrath deliverance and bring economic boom to the Kingdom of Judah. The chief economist, who doubted lost his life in the process. There are lots of examples where God proved that the wisdom of men, which will tilt toward the qualified that royalty to appropriate wisdom and strength, is foolishness before Him.
It doesn't matter how lowly placed you are. God can and will use you for His glory. Don't look down at yourself or anybody. Do not write off yourself or anybody. One of the greatest revelations in scriptures, the worship of God in spirit and in truth, was not first given to the disciplines of Jesus, but to a Samaritan woman who was not having the life of Christ (John 4:1-24). Scriptures says in Luke 10:21 "In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight."
Keep winning daily.
Prayer:
Thank You Lord for making me worthy to be a vessel of honour unto your glory. You overlooked my faults, my childish behaviour and all my deficiencies and trusted me with Your gift and ministry. I trust You to work through me to produces fruits that will remain, in Jesus name. Amen.
