Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all. Ephesians 1:23
When we received Jesus as Lord and Saviour, we received His life. The life of God is in His Spirit. No wonder it is "the Spirit that gives life" (2 Corinthians 3:6). The Spirit of God intermingles with our dead spirit to give it life - the life of God, giving us the "death to life" experience (1 John 3:14). In the process, we become one with God through His life - His Spirit - that is in us. This process brought all that is God's to us. Everything that God stands for, we are in the bodily form of them. The full package of God is deposited in us all.
No one of the members of God's Body - the Church - is deficient in anything that God is. Jesus Christ was the first bodily representation of the fullness of God. Romans 8:29 says: "for whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren." All that Jesus was on earth, we are. "Of his fullness have all we received, and grace for grace" (John 1:16). God did not leave any part of Himself in heaven, because He wants the whole earth to be filled with His Glory.
The fullness of God fills us all (Ephesians 1:23). Wherever Jesus declared, "I am", He was talking about you; He was saying "You are". And when you say "I am" you are saying "Jesus is". Whatever Jesus is, you are, because He has joined Himself to you. In the words of Jesus, you and the Father "are one" (John 10:30). When the world sees you, it has seen the Father, "because as he is, so are we in this world" (1 John 4:17). Jesus is the light of the world and so you are. Jesus is saying to you now, "I am, you are."
Keep winning daily.
Prayer:
I am who the Lord says I am. Jesus is; so I am. I am one with the Father. I'm a bodily representation of all that the Father is, like Jesus was on earth. Of His fullness have I received and I live according to who God has made me to be, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
