Kogi State Deputy has appealed to the people of Okoro Gbedde to vote for Capt Idris Wada in the saturday's governorship election.
Awoniyi made the appeal while on a door to door campaign in Okoro Gbedde, in Ijumu LGA.
The deputy described the forth coming election as one that is geared towards making the state to be the envy of states in the comity of states.
Despite the paucity of funds accruing to the state, Awoniyi disclosed that the state has faired well in human capital development, assured that another term would enable for the governor to consolidate on what he has began.
While noting that the PDP remains committed to power rotation, Awoniyi urged the people not to be swayed by the propaganda of the opposition, said the best decision to take on saturday is to reelect Capt Wada for another term as he is irrevocably committed to improving on the living standard of the people.
The Vice Chairman West of the PDP, Kola Ojo, SSA1 of Ijumu, Kayode Osawu, and Richard Akanmode also joined in the House to House campaign.
In all the places visited the people of Okoro Gbedde, said the humility of Capt Wada, and his management of human and capital resources is reason why the would vote for the PDP.
